I’m a old-school ‘user’ focused on using the tools to make things. I don’t understand the latest system technologies.
For me, the transition from Win 10 to 11 been very long, difficult, and with very high anxiety. I thought 30 years of irreplaceable working documents, records and data was lost in the upgrade. They found and restored it all.

It seems it’s getting rare to find folks who actually know what they are talking about. And to me, ‘Friendly’ means make it work and helping me understand what I need to know to keep using it well. They have done that for me here.

We got an annoying alert that this computer was hacked. I pressed on the Icon for Friendly Computer and called them. The lady that helped me was so friendly and quick at helping.
