COVID-19 Check-In Procedures
In support of the local city and state guidelines due to COVID-19 we are changing how we check computers in for repair:

We are limiting the number of customers that can be in our stores at one time.

We are requiring our customers to practice Social Distancing and maintaining a 6 foot distance to other customers and employees.

Our employees are wearing face coverings at all times.

According to State and Local Regulations customers are required to wear face coverings in our stores.

A no contact, Curbside Drop-Off and Pick-Up are available for those that do not feel comfortable coming into the stores.

As much as we enjoy socializing and spending time with our customers at the front counter, we are limiting the amount of contact we can have; we are changing our procedures for your safety and the safety of our employees.
We realize the impact this has to you and our employees, but for the time being this is the best way to minimize exposure to our customers and our employees.
Here are the steps if you’d like to schedule a Computer for Repair and Appointments for No Contact Drop-Offs.
Give the appropriate store a call for Openings and Scheduled Drop Off Times.

We will then take your information over the phone, take payment for the deposit, and confirm a scheduled time for you to drop off your computer.

At the scheduled time, we will meet you out front of our store and pick-up your computer with as little contact as possible.

Repairs will be done on your computer and all contact will be made via phone.

Once the repair is complete, we will contact you by phone, take payment for any balance due, and schedule an appointment time for you to pick up outside our stores.

We will meet you at the scheduled time to deliver your completed computer to you.

All correspondence will take place by phone and email at this time.
