We got an annoying alert that this computer was hacked. I pressed on the Icon for Friendly Computer and called them. The lady that helped me was so friendly and quick at helping. It makes one feel good to know someone is there to help. I will recommend Friendly Computers to anyone especially the store on Newport Hwy. Thank you so much for making this painless in fixing the issue.

Chris was super helpful today, when I couldn't turn my computer on, he walked me through some easy things to do and we got it fixed. He was super patient, friendly and really helpful. Love these guys.

I wish I could give these guys 6 stars. My hard drive recently crashed and needed to be replaced (found out also my external back up had also decided to quit backing up several months ago). After the drive was replaced, I was still having issues reloading some files and a model rocket flight simulation program I use. Even though the issues weren't due to the repairs they had performed, they were extremely helpful getting the issues corrected (both on the phone and in the shop). I would like to personally single out Anya and Sam at the north side shop for their help through this "stressful" situation. They have renewed my faith that great service is not a thing of the past.
