Friendly Computers Spokane was opened in April of 2011 by Jim Dixson in Spokane Valley, Washington. With a large amount of computer experts and repair centers out there, people often ask us “What makes us different?”

For starters we are locally owned and operated. Not only do we provide mobile services, but we offer in-shop service as well. We contribute to the local economy and provide jobs and taxes. We support the local community by taking part in local events such as the Valleyfest and the Spokane Susan G. Komen’s Women’s Show.

We focus on fixing your equipment, not selling you a new laptop.

We stay in contact with our customers so there is no sticker shock when you come to pick up your computers.We stand behind our work and if we didn’t fix it right the first time, we will do what it takes to fix it.

We support our customers during and after the repair. You’re not just a number here. We know our customers and our customers keep coming back.We do all our work here at our shop in Spokane. We don’t mail your computers off to a repair facility or have it disappear behind the magic curtain.
